Output as H+ H+ and O-- , very low wattage input, and can have the outer orbital electrons removed from Oxygen to form a final fuel called, Patented wording, as Thermo Explosive Energy. There are various ways to increase efficiency of the general hydrogen generators and designed power supplies, as N=S magnetic fields, pulsed current or air injection, or Browns Gas as Hydrogen, Oxygen, and expanded water vapor with same polarization as repulsed molecules, but the best circuits were from Water Fuel Cell from Ohio.
