About the open source mission statement

We are open source. This forum does not have hidden groups that only selected members may view. Everything posted on this forum is viewable by all members. 

We seek the holy Grail for humanity. We do not do this for self-benefit.  A hero that demands payment for saving lives is no hero at all. 

If you hold the key to the water well and the people are dying of thirst, is it right to only open the lock if you get paid? 

If people are bleeding out in the street and you happen to have a case of bandages, is it right to withhold the bandages until you make profit? 

Solving the energy problem will save countless lives, both human and non-human. To sit on such information and not release it to the public until monetary gain is established demonstrates a complete lack of humanity. 

Let it be publicly known that I will not agree to withhold information that I come across. I would rather not be part of the inner circles if it requires me to betray my ethics and withhold medicine from the sick. 

Let this forum be free from backstabbing, conniving tactics, drama, and secrecy.  In this forum, we do this work for the right reasons.

I know over the years there have been small groups that gathered together ( open source groups)
To investigate claims in a much more controlled or private environment.

Persons of like mind trying to crack the secret to numerous FE claims.
From my perspective it started years ago ( or so I heard) with a TPU project at another big forum ( now closed).
Also I know certain experiments can be dicey with certain governing authorities in different countries ,
Example LENR experiments ( this was one very big reason certain open source groups worked off the public page ( to prevent knocks on the door from the Nanny state….)

So perspective is important..
And yes being a good steward of a tech to insure it actually gets out before being squashed has always been a plan ( with open source groups working in private to bring a true breakthrough out to the world)
Having dozens of replicators in a global community at the time of release… etc etc

If such is the plan of sincere open source experimenters…
Makes total sense.
For additional clarity..
I know the serious open source private groups did not allow anonymity..persons all could speak to each other ( if need be)
A means of checks and balance..( to insure integrity of the group)


A lot of what you wrote rings true ..
As I feel a true life saving device needs to get out asap
( 100 years ago ?)

Hey Chet, Thanks for engaging.

You raise valid points.  But if one is looking to hide their work from authorities, an unencrypted php ran site is probably not the wisest choice anyway.  Especially when the theme of the site is "Free Energy Forum".   I can guarantee almost all hosts will fold to the Feds if they come knocking.

Members may PM each other and arrange groups if they desire.  And it would probably be best to communicate in a more secure fashion.  

If you are afraid of the eye in the sky, I recommend getting a good VPN service that does not keep logs. And use a burner e-mail to signup.

If someone is worried about trolls or interruptions, just request a "Builders Bench" and the builder can moderate his bench to remove annoyances.  I am not dictating that benches have to allow everyone to comment.  Your bench=  your wishes (as long as they conform to the site rules..  ie no politics etc.).

What if a newcomer came along who could latch on and with a new set of eyes and see the solution that would otherwise been missed if the conversation was "for majestic eyes only". (yes I read my share of UFO documents). 

I am not against the idea of private groups, but I have seen way too often situations like this turn into the "Good Ole Boy" club. 

I want each and every member to be assured nothing is being hidden from them within this forum and it matters not if the sneetch has a star on his belly or not.

So,
A lot of groups started before the formal internet ( yeah seems weird)
Yes times are different now , I personally believe there is no such thing as privacy anywhere ..anymore !
In open source who cares ? ( yes perhaps naive ( again who cares))

And in todays green …(carbon footprint) environment…
We are political correctness personified , the tip of that spear !

That being said ..I am unaware of any successful open source replication of any claims ..( yet)
Most will continue trying until their last breath…
Incredible talent in the open source community( LENR etc etc)
And some amazing people have gone beyond … and never gave up .

I could write a book on the many 'visits' that Joe has experienced in the last 32 years of LENR and Aetheric Energy production.
Every Cell Joe builds is a LENR and utilizes Aetheric Energy production to manifest this Low Energy Nuclear Reaction.
I have had ASIO agents knock on my doors too and experienced the heavy handed nature of these .gov .orgs or is that .orks.
The only thing that has saved him is the impossibility of reverse engineering Aether energy and LENR experiments. Tesla too, did not reveal the esoteric nature of 'free' energy and masked it as a mechanical contraption and for this he was allowed to live under house arrest in a NY Hotel. History doesnt tell it like this but no one here has cracked this illusive 'energy' and there is a REASON for that.
I have attempted to disclose the secret operating IP that makes OU possible without drawing the eyes of the federallies.

Secrets only create enemies.
Truth isnt for everyone.

and a PS for Chet... My attempt to uncover Tesla's Esoteric Science was met with considerable opposition on a forum you moderate. To speak of 'open-ness' of IP on this forum belies your nature on other forums. How can there be open-ness in a closed minded atmosphere?

Hi Jim,

Just read your piece regarding "About the open source policy" you posted a few hours ago
and a few of the comments.

Do you think I should remove the "Solar Lab's EEG" threads since I have filed a Provisional
Patent on this device?    Plus, I do hope to produce novel devices based on this discovery and to
likely sell them for profit, or maybe, sell the patent rights, in one form or another.

Anyway, removing my threads is not a problem as far as I'm concerned. 

Those that may have had an interest (some 17,437 + 484 + 2,096 = 20,017 views) 
I'm sure that most already understand the principle EE-TFG or EEG_EM_Basics and have 
gained enough information to experiment or apply these basics to their own projects.

My posts were/are primarily for educational purposes in a hope of introducing the some-what
obscure magnetic scheme of Transverse Flux; combined with the concept of using electronic
controlled electromagnetcs to mimic the current Art used in TFPM wind generators.

Not trying to bust your chops or anything but if you feel my course of action is 
against your "forum's policy" or beliefs, then I should probably just "bow out" 
rather than cause any internal conflict-of-interest within your forum. 

Anyway, let me know and I'll remove them; or just scrub the threads yourself...
Or, just abandon the threads "in-place" and I can stop posting and let it "roll-out-of-sight"
or whatever.

Once upon a time a patent allowed the inventor to 'sell' their invention.
In recent decades, this has morphed into the Right to Sue for infringement. If 'they' want it... they will steal it or make it a National Security issue. For example, Zuckerberg didnt invent anything. It was stolen from the inventor and given to Zucks.
Even Tesla didnt patent (specifically) Aetheric Energy devices.
Joe has never sought any "rights' to his inventions.
I hope you see the Light Solar.... Before the dark money of changers in the Temple gets to you.

Appreciate your comments and concern, however:

With over 50 years of Science and Engineering experience while being involved in nearly
20 Patent related litigation cases, on both sides of the fence; and being a defendant in a
major intellectual property law suit (Pro Se) with the big league players, I guess you could 
say I've learned a few things along the way. 

Plus; a few patents as well - some are still "locked away" - been there, done that (several times).

And, BTW - working as a Contractor/Consultant does not isolate you from the hand that feeds
you at the time - or down the road!

But then again - every day's a new story! Isn't it!

Also, an unrelated note: Being an Expert Witness does actually pay beyond belief! And all you 
have to do is know your subject inside and out and be honest (its actually a pretty good deal)...
