Oil may be leaking from a another nearby drilling rig named the "Ocean Saratoga",a Mobile, Alabama newspaper reported last week.  That rig has been leaking since at least April 30, 10 days after the explosion on the Deepwater Horizon rig that killed 11 oil workers. 

BP Chief Executive Officer Tony Hayward has spent his first three years in charge restoring the company’s reputation for safety following a fatal explosion at the Texas City, Texas, refinery in 2005. A search for 11 workers missing since the rig caught fire and sank has been suspended. The accident may cost insurers and reinsurers billions, according to an estimate by JPMorgan Chase & Co.  BP may not survive financially.
