a plane.  He takes a custom made bus everytime he goes on the road to do a game.  What this means is that if he continues to work in the booth he
would spend most of the year on the road away from his family.

"I have two great sons and their families and my five grandchildren are at an age now when they know when I'm home and, more importantly, when I'm not."  He recently commented.

John Madden Football

Madden NFL is an American made football video game series developed by Electronic Arts Tiburon for EA Sports.  The game has improved and dramatically grown over time, adding new features.  Among these is voice commentary, allowing game players to hear the game being called as if it were a real game on TV.  This commentary is of course performed by John Madden.  Players are constantly looking for more Madden codes.  Madden NFL 10 is currently being developed at the headquarters of EA Tiburon. Compared to previous versions, Madden NFL 10 has been extremely transparent with its development efforts, maintaining a weekly blog with updates as well as a constant presence on various forums.

Before 1999, every version of the Madden NFL series featured John Madden on its box cover.  In 1999, the game developers selected Garrison Hearst to appear on the cover, and has since featured one of the league’s top players on every box cover since then, certain players have experienced a decline in performance, usually due to an injury.  "This is known as the Madden Curse."
