What Is Bum Marketing?

It is pretty much the same thing as article marketing but for this difference; bum marketing focuses on long-tail keywords and keyword phrases that have a specific number of searches.

In a nutshell, here’s how it works:

1.    You find an untapped and at the same time low competition niche.
2.    You find an affiliate program with a related product that pays you a decent commission.
3.    You do research and find low competition keywords that you can weave into your written articles.
4.    Then you write a series of articles incorporating these low competition keyword or keyword phrases.
5.    You submit your article to popular article sites such as Mooker so they get can get picked up by Google.
6.    You earn affiliate commissions and make money from selling your own products or from AdSense style revenue.

If you follow the simple steps, you’re highly likely to earn money online – all it takes is time.  Time being the big issue

One of the objectives of Bum Marketing is to get the articles onto the first page of Google. The way to do this is by writing keyword rich articles for small niches using keywords that aren’t overpopulated, that is used so much by others.  Being on Google’s first page will give your article a good chance that it will be one of the first seen whenever someone searches the keyword or niche your article supports.

The Main Benefits of Bum Marketing Include:

•    Earning money online in less time than other methods
•    It doesn’t cost any money
•    It’s a very good way to play the affiliate commission game
•    Builds name recognition and branding
•    You don’t need a website
•    Very low risk

The point of Bum Marketing is not to get your articles clicked on from people searching the article directories, no.   That will happen but the real play is in getting as many articles of yours ranking highly in Google so traffic flows to your affiliate links, sales pages, AdSense pages, etc.  What you want ideally, is to get your articles within the top 10 Google results or put another way, on Google’s first page.

When someone searches your keyword phrase in Google your article should show up.  Enought people click on the links contained in your resource box, and that should make you some good money.
